1. Service Description

East Bridge Appliance Repair provides appliance repair scheduling and coordination services for customers located in Brooklyn, New York.

We connect customers with independent appliance repair technicians who perform the repair services. Technicians operate as independent contractors and are not employees of East Bridge Appliance Repair.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled by phone at (347) 709-0953.
  • Same-day and next-day service may be available depending on technician availability.
  • Appointment windows are estimates and may vary depending on technician workload, traffic conditions, and prior service calls. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.
  • When our team is unavailable, calls may be answered by an automated assistant that collects service request information so a technician can follow up.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • A diagnostic service fee may apply for the technician visit and appliance inspection. The amount will be communicated when scheduling the appointment.
  • Repair estimates are provided before any work begins. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis or repair. No repair work will proceed without customer approval.
  • Payment for repair services is made directly to the servicing technician unless otherwise stated at the time of scheduling.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival window.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty

  • Any labor warranty is provided by the servicing technician. Warranty terms may vary depending on the technician and repair performed.
  • Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
  • The warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated appliance issues, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

6. Call Recording

Calls to our business phone number may be recorded or transcribed for service request documentation, scheduling purposes, and service quality improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

East Bridge Appliance Repair provides coordination and scheduling services and is not responsible for the independent actions, workmanship, or conduct of third-party technicians.

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing appliance damage
  • Loss of food or property
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service appointment.
